Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service. No-call/no-shows will be charged 75%.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If an appointment requiring a deposit is canceled or rescheduled, a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be required to reschedule and will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
All outstanding fees must be paid before booking a future appointment.
